Information About Estimating The Cost of Your Cleaning

The price that we come up with for determining the cost of your regular cleanings varies, and we take into consideration the following things when we come up with a price for cleaning your house:

  • Overall size of the house, square footage, number of rooms to be cleaned
  • How much use each room in the house gets
  • How many people are actively living in the house, including children and pets
  • How often the house will be cleaned in between our visits
  • Overall condition of the home;how clean it appears to be during the initial visit
  • How many bathrooms are in the home, condition of the bathrooms, which bathrooms are used the most, etc.

How often you want us to clean your home is also taken into consideration. Weekly prices are a bit less than bi-weekly, because we will be there to maintain them. Bi-weekly prices are a bit less than the price of a weekly cleaning, and monthly cleanings cost more than than weekly and bi-weekly because we are only in the home once a month, so it needs more attention.

Because of the variables that are involved when we estimate your home, we prefer to see the home and give you an estimate at that time. We cannot give estimates over the phone or via email because of this.

Our basic policy is charging by the hour if an initial clean is necessary, and charging a flat rate after the initial clean has been completed. Some homes will not require an initial clean, and we will discuss this with you during the estimate, and let you know whether you will need the initial cleaning or not.

At this time, we book our estimates for Monday and Tuesday evenings. You can book your own estimate time also, using our Clickbook online booking form.
